Mentorship Program-ILMA NE Chapter:

We are pleased to announce the launching of the mentorship program founded by ILMA-USA New England Chapter. 


Our mission is to provide Lebanese medical students and trainees (mentees) with insightful guidance throughout part of their medical journey. 


This program will match mentees with mentors based on their objectives. 

The program will expand the participants' professional networks, improve their career satisfaction and growth, and, most importantly, assist mentees from Lebanese medical institutions through the mentors' valuable expertise.

Program Description:


• Provide academic, clinical and research guidance in achieving a specific goal agreed upon at the start of the mentorship program. 

• Target/Mentees: 

Lebanese Medical students, trainees at all levels, junior faculty 

• Mentors: 

Volunteer members of ILMA-USA at any level in their medical career. 

• Duration: 

Arbitrary, based on the requested mentorship goal.
